About SarahSarah Ley grew up in Scottsdale Arizona, and graduated from the University of Arizona in December 1990 with a degree in Business Administration (Marketing Major). Upon graduation, Sarah founded, owned, and operated a retail coffee business in Tucson, with two locations called Not Just Java, before selling the business and becoming a licensed Realtor in 1999. Sarah began her real estate career by selling homes on her (previous) cul-de-sac in Oro Valley- Mallard Head Place, where she has sold eight homes to date. Sarah earned her ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation in July of 2001. She then received the designation of Certified New Home Sales Associate (CNHSA) from the Southern Arizona Home Builder's Association (SAHBA) in December of 2003. Sarah has experience selling new construction, and has to date sold three new home subdivisions for local Tucson home builders.

In October of 2004, Sarah earned the coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, which is only awarded to the top 5% of Realtors Nationwide. The CRS designation is awarded to Realtors who have completed a rigorous course of training, and who meet significant real estate transaction and experience requirements. Sarah also has extensive transactional experience representing a local Tucson credit union with their foreclosures. Most of Sarah's business is by word of mouth and referral from her many satisfied clients. Throughout her real estate career, which began in 1999, Sarah has successfully closed over 400 transactions. Sarah prides herself on professionalism and quality customer service. As Sarah's satisfied clients will attest, she is a skilled negotiator, and a strong advocate for her clients.
